Tneds machine that molds thermoplastic sheets into plastic
products: Places sheet on top of mold, positions sealing frame
around sheet, and fastens frame to rim of mold, using clamps.
Pushes butotn to start machine that heats sheet, draws it into
mold to form product, and sprays product with cool water or air
to harden product.
Removes product from molds and reloads
thermoplastic sheet into machine. May trim excessive molding
material from products, using knife, scissors, or bandsaw.
